Avinent Implant System

Committed to research for more than 10 years

Conducting joint projects with universities and research and technology centers has enabled us to develop new avenues of research and discover new opportunities for constantly improving implant treatments.

AVINENT has signed many collaboration agreements with universities throughout the world, as well as with prestigious institutions and firms that apply their theoretical knowledge to developing new products or treatments, substantially improving existing ones, reformulating processes or discovering new completely innovative applications.

Good examples of this are the studies on the Biomimetic Advanced Surface implant system, which have been backed by the 98.5% success rate of implant treatments using AVINENT’s patented surface (BAS).

These types of studies revolve around three categories: pre-clinical, to accredit the new lines of surface treatments; clinical, to endorse AVINENT products in various clinical situations for all connections and designs, and technical, all those scientific tests to provide precision support to the technologies and materials that AVINENT makes available to clinics and laboratories (milling, sintering and 3D printing).

We work with the latest sector trends in our types of studies, from digital dentistry to CAD/CAM technology, as well as new trends in surface treatment, product and design testing and clinical follow-up studies. AVINENT currently has more than 20 studies underway that are pending publication with partners of recognized standing dealing with the aforementioned topics.

Aware of the role played by innovation and research in our society, AVINENT aims to continue creating synergies and collaboration agreements to open new avenues of research, thereby improving treatments for patients.

The company also generates value from R&D by transferring knowledge to its socio-economic environment, implementing innovative and competitive projects that contribute to sustainable development.
