AVINENT launches into the future at Expodental
Avinent Implant System
Expodental is to be held in Halls 3, 5 and 7 of Feria de Madrid from March 15 to 17 under the slogan “Innovation, Technology and Digital Future”. Spain’s most important dental sector trade show is the setting that AVINENT has chosen to present its latest innovations and most cutting-edge dental solutions. Its more than 400-m2 stand has been inspired by a futuristic environment that perfectly symbolizes the paradigm shift that has driven AVINENT: dentistry 4.0.
At this edition of Expodental AVINENT is presenting its AURORA system, CAD/CAM structures manufactured via 3D printing with titanium using the latest technological possibilities available to the company. AURORA complete titanium structures represent a revolution in 3D printing using titanium in the dental prosthetics sector and in customized esthetic solutions. The manufacturing method results in surface roughness that is ideal for retaining the coating materials and its reduced rigidity makes the structure more comfortable in the patient’s mouth.
But the AURORA system is not the only CAD/CAM product that AVINENT will present at Expodental 2018. LUNAR anatomical crowns are another fantastic new product, 3D printed in CoCr with unbeatable finishes available on the natural tooth. The technology used to manufacture these crowns helps obtain much better results compared to conventional structures. The advanced processes applied in the finishing and polishing of these pieces are an added value in this type of work.
AVINENT has consolidated its position as a full technological partner with these two new products, offering clinics and laboratories the highest possible qualities to complete their digital workflow at both clinical and prosthetic levels.
AVINENT will also present its PEARL mini implant system, a product with unique characteristics that provides the finest quality in the range of solutions for removable and minimally invasive prostheses. PEARL is an innovative mini implant with an exclusive two-piece design, comprising implant and abutment, a unique feature among mini implant systems available in the market.
The ideal technological partner for innovation
To offer a comprehensive digital solution to bring digital flow to dentists and prosthetic laboratories. With this objective in mind, and working with the best partners – including Core3dcentres, 3Shape, Roland, Formlabs, Dental Direkt, VITA, etc. – AVINENT distributes state-of-the-art equipment like intraoral scanners, laboratory scanners, milling machines, 3D printers and dental design software with extensive libraries. A series of items for a true digital experience, and always with the constant technical support of AVINENT.
AVINENT will also announce new developments arising from its ongoing collaboration with the most innovative companies in the sector at this edition of Expodental. For example, the company has signed an agreement with the German company Dental Direkt to exclusively distribute its zirconium products in Spain. Dental Direkt Zirconia – DD cube ONE will be presented at Expodental, a ceramic structure that combines translucency and resistance for the production of highly esthetic monolithic treatments. Zirconium plates before could be more aesthetic or more resistant, but these two advantages have now been combined in one with this new product: maximum resistance and the best possible esthetics.
But other new products will also be on display, such as TRIOS® MOVE, the latest innovation from 3Shape. Its mobility enables doctors to always position the screen in the right place to provide a superior experience for both dentists and patients.
AVINENT is therefore continuing with its aim to become the best partner for sector professionals interested in learning about the technological possibilities available to dentistry today. Another good example of this philosophy is the agreement between AVINENT and Roland to offer the sector advanced, open architecture equipment with state-of-the-art technology and high standards of quality and precision in wet and dry milling. One such case is the Roland DWX – 52DCi printer, which will be on display at the AVINENT stand. With its 6-slot automatic disc changer and 15-station automatic tool changer, it can mill several dental restoration jobs with complete unattended confidence.
All these innovations and partnerships have made AVINENT an international benchmark in the manufacture of implants and leader in digital dentistry. In this world of innovation and new products, AVINENT has reserved some surprises that only those visiting its stand at Expodental will be able to see. A stand that will unquestionably take you on a direct journey to the future, to the next level for the dental sector.
